OOC: Definitely shorter than what I wanted, and I was unable to add in some characters. :/ Just wanted to get this up for all of you as quickly as possible because I know I kept on delaying it and I didn't want to keep you guys waiting anymore. Still, I hope that you guys will find some enjoyment in the post (if any) and do a way better job than I did! Have fun, get creative, and RISE UP!
By the time Hanalei Brightly arrived at the front of The Arena, there had been a plentiful amount of people that showed up. The area was abuzz with many people with signs in hand, chanting out loudly with the vocalization of their protests. Upon seeing this, the young blonde couldn't help but to smirk as she realized that her message had gotten through to a lot of people. She sent out a post on social media informing everyone about The Revolution's rally, and it seemed like a lot of people were on board with it. The turnout was amazing. With a smile on her face, Hanalei got out of the car and approached the crowd, having a megaphone in her grasp. She peered over the mass of rally-goers and caught sight of Crescensia and Devin, who were right up at the front. Hanalei then placed the megaphone by her mouth and began to speak into it.
"Well, it's nice to see all of you lovely people in attendance," the leader of The Revolution said as the crowd turned around to see her and cheered. Her grin only widened as she made her way to the front, nodding and acknowledging the other people in attendance. The crowd continued to chant loudly as Hanalei was now up front, standing on a soap box that had been placed there for her. Crescensia was bright and bubbly as always, clapping her hands excitedly as a smile graced her face. In contrast, Devin just stood there with his hands by his side as he looked more serious.
"Honestly, I'm glad that all of you could come to this little rally of ours," Hanalei said as she looked at the crowd. "I'm sure that all of you are well aware of the shady practices that's been going on with this particular wrestling company as of late. There's been so many unforgivable actions that has occurred by some of the wrestlers here and honestly, it's about time that someone actually stood up and spoke out against all of these atrocities. As someone who has enjoyed professional wrestling when they were younger, I can't believe how much this sport has changed for the worst over the years. So, I came up with The Revolution - a group of people who seek to change the industry and help make professional wrestling actually great again!"
The crowd applauded Hanalei as she continued on with her speech.
"Honestly, I've seen a lot of messed up things happen here in RSW. From people literally killing each other to people giving their butt buddies unfair advantages that more talented and hard-working wrestlers should have received, there are a lot of issues that have plagued this particular company for far too long. Bear Reynolds and I have took it upon ourselves to make sure that these atrocities do not continue to happen. We want to make sure that talented wrestlers are given opportunities that they work hard for and not be pushed to the side by some Regina George wannabe and her psychopathic best friend."
Hanalei shook her head, almost in disgust as she recounted the times the Mean Girl Mafia wrecked havoc on the RSW talents.
"Of course, it is important for us to enlighten you guys about all of this. You all have the power to tell the MGM that what they are doing is not right. Bear and I are certainly going to give them exactly what they deserve, but I think we can really get them where it hurts if more people speak out against them. Besides, revolutions tend to be more successful when there are more hands on deck. So, I want to thank you all for coming here and lending your support for our cause."
Hanalei nodded and smiled as the crowd broke out into an uproarious applause.
"So, let's make the MGM know that enough is enough. The public is wide awake now, and we are no longer going to be quiet about anything. Let your voices be known and rise up!"
The defiant leader would then thurst her hand into the air after that exclamation.
"Rise up!"
"Rise up!"
Both Crescensia and Devin raised their fists into the air as well, joining Hanalei. The crowd, still exuding energy, would raise their fists as well and, all together, would shout out in unison.
"RISE UP!"
And so, the rally picked up. Many people came up to speak about the corruption of the RSW and lend their support to The Revolution. Many of the attendees spoke to The Revolution directly, praising them for their defiance and willingness to restore professional wrestling to its former glory. Others were shouting out various chants and held up their signs, with majority of them being geared towards the Mean Girl Mafia. Everyone was together now, and it seemed like The Revolution was only getting stronger.
