RSW Wrestling, Lord Blake, and 1 more like this

Raven MacDemare knew she was playing with fire but after what went down with Archer outside of Hailey’s place and Emma Douglas at Equinox, she was fed up. Showing up to support Hanalei Brightly and Bear Reynolds at their rally to end the reign of terror that was gripping RSW was one thing, but she needed to do something more than just lend her support. Thanks to the actions of Shawn DeLise, MGM, and Violent Intent, Lord Blake and Raven had suffered more than anyone in the company.
It ended today.
Raven stood inside the ladies room at The Arena and splashed cold water on her face. The water obviously didn’t hurt her expert makeup because her face was still flawless. She took several deep breaths, checked her outfit one more time, and squared her shoulders.
“You can do this,” she whispered to herself.
Raven exited the restroom and headed down the familiar hallway of The Arena. The path she was taking was leading her right to the door of the office that belonged to Shawn DeLise. She stopped in front of it, glared at the nameplate, and went to knock. Raven hated confrontations and her hand was shaking, so she stopped herself.
“Relax, Ravey.”
The 20-year old closed her eyes and began to practice what she was going to say to the awful owner of RSW.
“Your actions are not cool. Lord and I will never be okay fighting each other. This is unfair. He's the face of RSW and the Supreme Champion. He's the reason people watch. You can't do this to him. It's ridiculous.”
That sounded immature.
“You think you just have this so perfectly planned out but guess what Mr. DeLise? Lord and I never have to step in the ring against each other. I don’t have to spend my time picking apart his flaws when I can wear Emma down by exposing her lack of speed and agility. Her power is a weakness because she won’t be able to fly across the ring and get away like I can. Even though she has more experience than me, she can’t last as long in the ring as me. I’ve handled Archer and Mondae Chaos, two people similar in style to Emma, and I came out just fine. I won’t allow her to end the match early and Archer won’t stop me because he has to depend on me.”
All of that sounded incredibly arrogant. Raven bit her bottom lip.
“Mr. DeLise, what you are doing is wrong. You have a great company filled with a tremendous amount of talent and a lot of it is displayed in your main event. I know you’re angry at what happened a couple of weeks ago, and I apologize for Lord’s actions. There is nothing to gain by forcing the four of us in this situation. All you’re doing is fueling Violent Intent’s fire against MGM. Do you think Arianny will be happy with you if your actions motivate Archer to dispose of Mondae so he can have Lord to himself at ScreamFest? Or worse, dispose of Lord so he can pick apart Mondae?”
Not even Shawn DeLise deserved to have his private life picked apart in Raven’s eyes. She wouldn’t go there.
“Please change this match, sir.”
There it was. That was exactly what Raven would go in there and say.
“Can I fucking help you?”
It happened so quickly that Raven couldn’t stop it. She whirled around and slapped Shawn DeLise right across his face as hard as she possibly could. He nearly fell to the ground.
“Ohmygod!”
“You stupid fucking bitch.”
Raven took off like a shot down the hallway, rounded the corner, and didn’t stop running until she reached the parking lot. She nearly collided with Lord, who was storming towards the building no doubt looking for her.
“Lets go.”
Lord’s voice was curt and he grabbed Raven’s hand, pulling her in the direction of their car.
“I made a mistake.”
“So did I.”
Lovey stopped and turned to look at one another. Raven glanced at the folder in Lord’s hands. “What’s that?”
“Meh. What happened?”
“I slapped Shawn DeLise in the face.”
“I laid Arianny out with a ‘Silver Bullet.’”
Raven’s eyes widened. “Did we just make our situation worse?”
“I’m pretty sure it can’t get much worse at this point.”
