"Stressful Situations"
How do I feel about the rumors that Arthur Thomas has narcolepsy?
Honestly, it doesn't phase me.
Arthur Thomas will leave the ring a broken man, regardless.
I've never been the kind of man to discriminate. Doesn't matter if you're a man, woman, animal, alien - black, white, yellow, brown, purple - in my eyes, you all deserve to bleed. No matter where you come from or what sort of disease you have, the Architect of Ultraviolence will make sure every last one of you hit the floor before I'm done with this place. So when I hear the news about my opponent on Shoot Saturday, I can't help but shrug my shoulders.
So if this is some sort of trick you're trying to play, Arthur, I promise you it's not going to work. I don't believe in taking it easy, or anything of the sort, so you can throw that idea right out the window. But I believe you, Arthur. You're not the sort of guy who would create lies just to get a cheap win. You're the kind of guy who would still try to wrestle, even if he was given a positive diagnosis for narcolepsy, but of some "big dream" you have.
So I decided to help out, and I did a little research of my own. Since apparently you don't, Arthur.
Turns out, it's been proven that narcoleptic episodes are brought on by stress and anxiety. More often that not, when people who have this disease find themselves in stressful situations, they end up knocking out like a light. There's your problem, Arthur. You find yourself backstage, getting ready for your match, and you crash, hard.
I'm no doctor, but I can see the writing on the wall here. I know people say this a lot in this industry to people they don't know or like, but Arthur, "you're not cut out for this business". You're literally so afraid of getting into that ring that it's bringing on involuntary functions from your brain. Naturally, I can only imagine what it's going to be like, now that you know you're going up against me. I can't help it, I breed fear. Are you even going to be able to make it out to the ring, Arthur? And if you are, you're stepping into one of the most stressful situations you can find yourself in. You'll be the furthest from safe you've ever been. I'm not responsible for what happens to you if you fall asleep across the ring from me.
But don't get me wrong, I love nothing more than crushing dreams. I'd be incredibly angry if you didn't make it out to the ring for my first match. This is just a simple warning, you're intentionally putting yourself in harms way. I hope you realize that, and I hope after Shoot Saturday, RSW realizes exactly the kind of person they've signed.
The Architect of Ultraviolence is coming for you, Arthur.
