The following is an excerpt from the autobiography of Marina Arianny Blake: “Confessions of a Teenage Psychopath”. The first edition of this was published in August of 2030.
Shawn had spent from Thursday night until Monday morning blowing up my phone - the same phone he had broken right there in the middle of the ring for everyone to see. I knew I was playing with fire but that was the point. When Dallas had abandoned me, my need to get my hands on the DeLise fortune to secure our futures no longer had to be rushed. I could now take my time and slowly and methodically break Shawn down. Even if I pushed a bit too far, Mondae was ready. Talking her out of killing Shawn was becoming an everyday occurrence. I had to remind her of the bigger picture.
I wanted everything Shawn DeLise would potentially own in the future once his father croaked. Step one was taking all the power from his hands. When Georgia agreed to put the company on the line, my heart soared. I knew I would win which is why I offered for MGM to walk away if I lost. Putting Shawn’s job on the line was more for shits and giggles than anything, and to remind him that he would never get the better of me. The look on his face had been priceless. In fact, a picture from that moment had been the background on my phone for a good two months after the fact.
My opponent was set to be a wrestler named Frost. He was one of Jack’s allies and the biggest person in Georgia’s “army.” If I were anyone other than me, it probably would have been a good choice. But what I lack in physical attributes I make up for in smarts. Oddball had innocently given me more than enough information on Frost. But I did want to lure Georgia into a false sense of security. That’s why I went to her office that day.

Shawn’s office was empty. Now that Georgia and her little army were back, Shawn was going to avoid The Arena like the plague. Georgia had Jace O’Brien, Jack Owyns, Radek Dayz, Frost, and Alicia at her beck and call now. Luckily, Arianny was fearless which is why she was strolling through the building with a smile across her face. She was carrying an expensive bouquet of flowers in her hands. The former Deathcore Champion was dressed in a beautiful, Free People flowing maxi dress that was practically see through and left very little to the imagination. Gold wedges and gold jewelry accessorized her look and her gorgeous blond locks were decorated with a crown of delicate gold flowers. As usual, she looked perfect.Arianny stopped at Georgia’s office, knocked once, and walked in like she owned the place. Georgia had been in deep conversation with Jace and both looked stunned to see Arianny standing there.
“You need to get the hell out! Jace, get her out now.”
Georgia was not taking any chances. Jace started towards Ari, but the petite girl held up her broken arm.
“Relax beefcake, I come in peace. Use your muscles for some good and take these.” Arianny shoved the flowers in Jace’s arms and took a seat across from Georgia.
“You literally have about two seconds to get the fuck out of my office or I swear to-”
“Swear to whom, Georgia? God? God himself isn't going to get you out of this mess and neither is a six foot eight monster of a man in Halloween paint. Frost, Radek, Jack, the beard over there,” Arianny winked at Jace. Despite the circumstances she would never not appreciate a good beard. “Can’t help you either. I've got my own mafia at my disposal. Mondae, Rowan, Zander, and Shawn are capable of handling whoever tries to interfere on your behalf come Deception. You don’t really think this is going to be a simple ladder match do you? Please.”
Georgia went to reply but Arianny waved her hand. “That being said, MGM is all in agreement over one thing. At the moment, we probably hate Shawn more than we hate you. He hasn’t delivered on anything he promised us when we signed with this stupid company and more importantly, he’s treated me like garbage.” Arianny’s voice was very matter-of-fact. “I’m not entirely convinced I want him in complete control of RSW because two weeks of power made him an absolute monster. I decided to challenge you to this match for one reason and one reason only.”
“And what’s that?” Georgia rolled her eyes.
“To show Shawn that at the end of the day, he will never really have power. I could simply snap my fingers and every member of MGM would walk from this company. Shawn would be left with nothing and you certainly wouldn’t stop us. In fact, you would probably take more pleasure from terminating our contracts than you would from having Jack blow his load all over your slut face.”
Georgia didn’t bother to dignify our sweet princess with a reply.
“MGM hasn’t decided what we’re doing yet. The only thing we know for certain about Deception is that it’s going to be a war and it’s a war that we will not lose. Frost is not going to take me down in a ladder match, period. His size and strength mean nothing to me because the bigger they are, the harder they fall. Trust me, I’ve done my research. I know this man is a legend among the competitors who stepped foot inside LoC. I know he’s held numerous championships, has a ton of experience, survived wars and has a shady past. Hell, I even know that his lovely wife is his sister. Hashtag incest!”
Arianny wondered if Frost was from Alabama.
"The biggest win of my career came in a ladder match and I don’t crack under pressure. I can beat Frost up a ladder any day of the week because I’m faster. I can fly above him, and I will get my hands dirty and take what he loves so dearly.” Ari was referring to Alicia. “But why do all that? I think I’d rather just see Shawn suffer.”
Arianny smirked and got to her feet.
“I know you probably don’t trust anything I’m saying to you, and honestly I don’t blame you. But for once, I am coming to you woman to woman and letting you know what’s on my mind. I am prepared for war but whether or not I ultimately take my troops into battle depends on Shawn. We both know he is an undeserving piece of shit. You know that better than anyone.”
Arianny knew Georgia wouldn’t argue with her. Taking the other woman’s silence as her cue to leave, Arianny tossed a wink over at Jace and left the office. She was content with what she had just done. Shawn would catch wind of it and be furious.
