Some might have seen the events of Vendetta VI transpire and think that I've lost.
As the show began I was grasping firmly onto the RSW Supreme Championship, and was eventually given the news that I'd be fighting for the very same title in the main event that night. Another chance, to not only hold the title but to see my name etched over Lord Blake's. I'd even do it myself with a piece of metal, carve my name into the spot that these disgusting Second Gens love so much. But by the end of the night I had to watch as again, Lord Blake was given the belt that I deserve. The Architect of Ultraviolence came up short.
But did I?
RSW, you may remember me watching those tapes of Deception over and over again, particularly my match, and Lord Blake being declared champion. You may have remembered me admitting that even though I had watched them hundreds of times before, I'd surely watch them hundreds more before I ever quite realized how Lord was able to best me. I may have never come to a concise conclusion on that question. But then the most amazing thing happened - I figured it out. Sometime in between Lord's heel connecting with my face, and forcing myself to look up, did I realize what had won Lord Blake that title.
Raven MacDemare. Aiden Van't Hoff. Hailey Banks.
Maybe they weren't there physically to help him during the match. Well, Raven sort of, for a portion, but not like she's ever really been much help. My point is that Lord Blake understood at some point that he needed his college gang in this place if he wanted a chance of succeeding. He needed his girlfriend by his side, he needed his best friend, and anyone else who could support him on his quest. He needed someone to have his back through anything. In these people, he found what he was looking for.
I looked at Mondae Chaos and I saw the same thing. The first thing I asked is why the hell is she so damn persistent. She didn't win the tag team match either, nor could she even make it to the finals of the tournament, but she's still walking around, shouting false claims from the rooftops. Plus she WRONGFULLY has the chance of becoming the number one contender by not even competing in the contendership match. Why? Because she has someone like Jace O'Brien, someone like Arianny Blake, and all the other peons who dote over her and literally only show up in RSW to try saving little Money Chaos yet again.
The one thing I had been missing, what kept me from holding that belt much longer, is my own posse.
I've never been one for working on a team, but I was going to need people who shared my vision if I wanted to get ahead. The MGM have always had each other, same as Lovey, whereas I've always kept myself going. I'm deadly on my own, but with people on my side...well, I'd be absolute murder. No doubts. Emma was, of course, one hundred percent for joining the cause. Van Zant was a little more of a surprise, but I knew from the start that she'd beat that ridiculous Zachary Knight and in the end, be facing Jace O'Brien sooner or later. Van Zant has skill, and she shares the same vision that Emma and I have, our relationship is mutually beneficial with the group mentality that MGM have created from day one. RSW has turned into a place where you need friends to survive, and if there's one thing I know how to do it's survive. To live on to fight another day. To keep going until mygoal is complete - and believe me, it's far from complete.
I got to the finals of the Supreme Championship on my own, but with deadly thinkers like Emma Douglas and Van Zant to assist in accomplishing the same dream, RSW should run and hide from what comes next. I get a very special kind of angry when you stick your nose in my business. The MGM have put themselves directly in front of me and Lord Blake, and I just can't have that.
Arianny was given the gift of booking Vendetta VII, probably doing the smartest thing she's ever done in her pathetic life by leaving me off the card. She's also gone ahead and shown us just how entitled these people think they are by serving up Raven MacDemare to Mondae Chaos on a silverplatter. Not to mention, booking herself against Lord in the main event, effectively creating the hideous stipulation that if Lord is to lose, then Mondae would become the number one contender over someone like the Architect of Ultraviolence. Again, I can't have that. Not after everything I've done to get to this point. The Mean Girl Mafia will B L E E D.
The Architect of Ultraviolence may not have a match, but there is no rest for the wicked.
