“What do you mean the match can't be for the title? Lord said himself that it may as well be on the line!”
The DeLises were fighting. Work had reared its ugly head down in Bora Bora because Arianny just couldn't relax and enjoy herself.
“You'll give that title to fuckin’ Money and ruin everything I have planned for Screamfest. I'm not going to have some shit show of a main event. You two made a mockery of wrestling back at Vendetta One and that shit ain't happening again.”
Arianny stomped her foot and folded her arms across her chest. “But Lord is frustrated right now and it's the perfect time to just rip everything he loves away from him! He knows I'm going to win and leave his whole life in pieces! Lord isn't stupid. If he can't stop me, no one else in RSW can either. Why are you being so unreasonable?!”
“Quit acting like a goddamn child.” Shawn was very close to snatching Arianny up and putting her over his knee. “The answer is NO. Go get changed. NOW. We have reservations and if you make us late, I’ll change the fuckin’ match and make sure the bitch never gets a title shot ever again.”
“I fucking hate you.”
“Well get ready for a fuckin’ lifetime of it.”

“How are you going to tell your husband?”
The scene reopened inside a small hospital room. A very pale looking Arianny was lying in the bed and she was hooked up to the usual machines.
“Tell her husband what?” Shawn walked through the door at that moment. He was carrying a package of Skittles and a Diet Coke in his hands.
After their fight, Shawn and Ari had gone out for dinner and drinks. As usual, Arianny had barely touched her food. When she had started complaining about cramps again, Shawn made the decision to take her to the hospital. Arianny had been protesting when a wave of nausea had overtaken her and she had nearly fainted.
Arianny reached her hands out for the treats he had brought her and opened the drink. The nurse left quietly.
“Tell me what?”
Arianny sighed. “Basically, I'm dehydrated and malnourished. A-K-A I'm a binge eater. I eat. Throw up. Starve for awhile. Repeat.”
It wasn't a total lie.
Arianny had always known she had an eating disorder. It was everything else that had shocked her.

Perhaps it was the medication she'd been given, but Arianny was having an out of body experience. She was at The Arena but instead of facing Lord, she was at ringside to cheer him on. The ring on her left hand signaled that the childhood sweethearts were married and Arianny had never become a wrestler.
All those things that made her better than Lord - speed, agility, focus, experience - were gone. Her arsenal of submissions and victories over bigger, stronger men had never happened. Everything she knew about her life so far was nonexistent. She was literally a shell of what she should have been. Lord was facing and beating Archer for the 38272637292th time. Gone were Arianny’s designer clothes and barely there ring attire. She was dressed like a Stepford Wife and it was horrible.
The princess woke up in a cold sweat. Being by Lord’s side was a far worse nightmare than seeing Braydon Knox get murdered over and over again. Thank God Lorianny had never been a thing. Ari’s life wasn't perfect, but it could have been much worse.
Arianny turned to her left and saw Shawn sleeping in a chair beside her bed. Whatever anger she had towards him from earlier was gone.
“Babe?”
Her voice was barely a whisper but Shawn cracked open his eyes. “Hey.”
Arianny reached her hand out and Shawn took it. She laced their fingers together and closed her eyes again.
Lord Blake had to go.
Beating him would send more of a message to the RSW roster than anything else. He had no weapons to fight Arianny with and everyone knew it. Lord was fighting a losing battle, much like all of Ari’s previous opponents. As deadly as Ari was one-on-one, she was invincible with Mondae by her side. Lord had already gone down to them once. Seth Daniels had felt their wraith in Deathcore. Together they had ruined the lives of Ian Echo, Jack Owyns, and Trashley Anderson. Lord wouldn't be an exception.
He would be the most prominent example.
