We open up outside of a rather upscale cafe. The type that Emma Dee wouldn't be caught dead in if given her way, but she had to do what she had to do. So there it is, Sitting at one of the corner spots on the patio is the RSW Supreme Champion Lord Blake looking all sorts of nonplussed. To say he wasn't happy to be there was an understatement. His anger looked to be almost boiling over at that point, his hand resting on his rumcoke, just glaring at the door.
Come on, come on.
Waiting for someone, grumpy?
He is startled only slightly as Emma comes into the shot, wearing her grunged up outfit of black jeans and pink shirt, looking very out of place in the upscale environment.
Where the..?
Seriously, whenever have I ever entered a place the way you expected? You should be used to it by now..
Emma just flashes a bit of a smile as she turns around a chair and sits in it the wrong way, small smile on her face as she sits across from Blake. Lord Blake gripping that glass just a little bit tighter.
I'd say thank you for meeting me, though it's not like you really had a choice, I just wish it didn't have to be in such an insufferable place as this.
He is about to pop off with an answer to that about what a fine establishment it is, but Emma raises her hand and shakes her head.
I literally don't fucking care.
Emma chuckles to herself, reaching back and puts her hair up in a ponytail, keeping it up away from her face, trying to make herself look a little more "presentable." The dual colored eyes thing she has generally offsets any attempt at that.
Better?
All she gets is a grunt.
Now, here is the thing. You and I are put in this shitshow of a match, right? Due to Arianny's bullshit, we should work together, right? I mean, I certainly don't need the job. It's not like they could keep me out of the building if I truly wanted to make my own impact, but you. If you think about hitting me with another "Silver Bullet", your precious little Raven loses her job and you can't protect your little snookums, huh? So you HAVE to work with me. Whether you like it or not.
Emma chuckles a bit, licking her lips slowly as she fiddles with the tablecloth.
I'm always game for a fight, regardless whom it's against. Archer knows this. He knows I will not hesitate when it comes to laying hands with him. That I will come at him with full force because THAT'S the type of woman I am, the type of fighter I am. So don't worry about me handling my end of the deal, I got this covered. You just need to get over any anxiety you might have about going up against Raven. I get it, she's the love of your life and all that sappy bullcrap, but if you don't fight her, she's out of a job. So nut up or shut up, kid.
She leans up in the chair, just a little.
Here, out of good will, I'll even tell you why I don't like you. Why you rub me the wrong way and force me to make your life a living hell. The same can't be said about Archer, his views of you are his own. I don't like you because you live a life you haven't earned. Born into money and you take it for granted. You never had to suffer, to claw, just given every thing you could have wanted. Like the little rat pack you run around with, just a spoiled little brat living in excess while others haven't had it so well, and it irks me. Like deep down irks me. And on top of that, you're a horrible human being. Just plain awful.
She stands up and points to a random car outside.
You live a life of an obnoxious little shit and you can't even be bothered to know the names of the people around you. The ones put there to make your life easier. Granted Blaze Inferno is a shit wrestler, but she deserves better. As much as saying that pains me to say.
Blake leans forward with a confused look on his face.
Who?
And with that, Emma stands, rolls her eyes and storms off.
