“OH MY GOD!”

Sammi's hands cover her face as the bus hits Regina. Beside her, Zach pauses the movie, smirking.

“Are you saying Arianny is going to get hit by a bus?! Why would you call yourself a mean girl? Did they not watch this movie?! Bad things happen!”

Zach seems amused by her true childlike assessment of the film. Sammi stands, moving to the kitchen of her Gram’s house.

“Because they're stupid.” He says matter of factly.

“Now you're just as mean as them.”

Sammi comes back in, two glasses of lemonade in her hands. Both have wild curly straws.

“There's a difference between being unnecessarily mean and being bluntly honest. And we both know that Hanalei and Bear are narrowly focused on taking out a group that will eventually self-destruct on its own, then they brush us off as just some side project.”

Sammi sucks up some drink, nodding her head.

“The more noise they make, the more firepower MGM will throw at them to shut them up, but is it worth dying for?”

Zach raises an eyebrow.

“Well, Bear-Bear said they were Martyrs. Don't they usually die for the cause they fight for?”

Zach smirks, taking a sip of his own drink.

“Is it worth possibly ending a career over? These are people that I’ve heard rumors of being responsible for... Like murder. It was one of the reasons Gram wanted me to take the other contract.”

From another room, the voice of the woman in question yells out. “And I still do!”

They chuckle.

“Everyone else knows that I am all for standing up for what you believe in, but a rally of people isn't going to make a difference. In this instance, two wrongs don't make a right. You have to hurt them where it really counts. Their wallets, their egos.”

Zach’s smirk widens.

“Why Miss Myers you sound like a bit of an anarchist.”

Sammi takes a deep breath.

“I just know that Hanalei and Bear are showing all their cards and it's just giving MGM a heads up. It's transparent. People can think what they want but they forget that Arianny has shown to be one of the smartest women in this company. All the worker bees have been collecting that pollen just like she wants, letting them think they have an upper hand. Sorry Zachie, I won't be joining the revolution. I have my own ideas about how to make a difference.”

“And that is?”

Sammi smiles, nodding at the camera

“If I told you, then I would just be another worker bee.”

Zach smiles, setting his drink down and unexpectedly hugging her.

“Sammi, if people only realized just how potentially dangerous you could be under all these hearts and rainbows.”

“No, Richard is the rainbow.” She winks.

“Indeed, he definitely is.”

Sammi looks back to the TV screen.

“You know, Bear might be a submission specialist but he's not quick. In order to hold someone long enough to get a tap, you have to catch them. And as strong as Hanalei’s punches are, Her technical ability is not the best. She and Bear have both proven to discount their opponents, They don't think ahead logically, and both their promos talk more about this revolution than our match. It's like we're a just an afterthought. When you want people to take you seriously, show them why they SHOULD follow your cause, not just using the ‘common enemy’ card. You and I were trained by some of the best technical people out there, and it shows. And it will show in the match when you and I show how composed we are.”

She taps her chin.

“You would think with the experience that Bear throws in our faces, he would have known all this, am I right?”

Zach’s smile is wide.

“We have a connection Zachie and if anyone has the most fluidity in this match it's us.”

“I think we have a similar outlook Sammi. That's why I'm confident in this match. This isn't a match against a revolution, this is a match with two teams looking to make a name in RSW and having notoriety is a better way to make a difference. Why do you think Hollywood stars can use their fame?”

“I’m more concerned with helping and protecting my friends. I don't need fame, I have the best cure for it all.”

“Oh?”

“Don't worry Zachie, I got this.”
